10th September 2011 Windsurfing: Ynsylas Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: 18-25 knots Surf / Sea State: 2 foot surf Air Temperature: 18ºC Sea Temperature: 15ºC Weather: Sunny spells and squally showers Max Speed: 23.06 knot (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 14.4 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) And the wind continues to blow. Steve came out today as well. At first I was well powered with my 5.6m and Naish Hybrid Freewave, but after a big squall changed down to my 5m. I shouldn't have really as that was never quite enough - until of course I packed up and went home when it filled in again properly with the sun shining. Achilles tendon was killing me though so couldnt have stayed out any longer. Here's a little video clip of a pathetic Back Loop Attempt though. |
